AFFILIATES PROGRAM
TERMS
These terms and conditions pertain to an individual and/or company's participation in the DiscountCigaretteCenter.Com Affiliate program.
1. Joining the Program
By filling out the above form you will automatically become a DiscountCigaretteCenter.Com affiliate. Your participation in the program is solely for this purpose: to legally advertise the DiscountCigaretteCenter.Com site and products and receive a commission based on products purchased by your referral individuals.
2. Revocation of Affiliate Status
Your affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:
Inappropriate advertisements (False claims, misleading hyperlinks)
Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc...)
Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities
Violation of intellectual property rights (copying DiscountCigaretteCenter.Commaterial)The site may not be advertised "offline" in classified ads, magazines, and newspapers.
3. Linking to DiscountCigaretteCenter.Com
You may use graphic and text links on your website. You may use the graphics and text provided to you by DiscountCigaretteCenter.Com, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the conditions in 2 and approved by the DiscountCigaretteCenter.Com Webmaster (bc@discountcigarettecenter.com).
4. Affiliate Commissions
You will be paid referral fees for every product purchase at DiscountCigaretteCenter.Com via online credit card orders. You will receive payment according to our payment schedule for revenues directly generated by your hyperlinks. Payment is as follows.Tier 1 is 1% of sales - Tier 2 is .06% of sales - Tier 3 is .02% of sales
You will NOT receive affiliate commission on products bought by yourself or your company.
Affiliate commissions will be paid out monthly with a minimum check value of $25. If the minimum value isn't reached in 6 months time - the check will be given for the value under $25. If the referred product was refunded or money was reimbursed, DiscountCigaretteCenter.Com has the right to deduct the appropriate commissions.
5. Terms of the agreement
These terms will begin upon your signup with the affiliate program and will end when either you or DiscountCigaretteCenter.Com terminates your affiliate status. The terms of this agreement may be modified at any time by DiscountCigaretteCenter.Com. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your affiliate status. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change.
6. Liability
DiscountCigaretteCenter.Com will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program. DiscountCigaretteCenter.Com does not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program and/or products sold at this site. We make no claim that the operation of DiscountCigaretteCenter.Com will be error-free and will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
By filling out the affiliate enrollment form you acknowledge that you have read these terms and conditions, understand, and agree with them.
